We’re thrilled to get great children’s books and learning resources into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how our shipping works.

📦 Delivery Options & Rates (Australia)

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10 Australia-wide

  • FREE shipping on orders $100+ — use code FREESHIP at checkout

  • We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (Australia Post) and standard street addresses.

Tip: Enter FREESHIP in the “discount code” box before you pay. The free-shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal (before shipping, after any other discounts). Shipping fees include GST.

🚚 Carriers & Tracking

We ship with trusted carriers (including Australia Post and comparable courier partners).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • Track your parcel via the link in your confirmation email.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing time: Orders placed by 12pm AEST/AEDT (business days) usually ship same or next business day.

  • Standard delivery estimates:

    • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

    • Regional & rural: 3–8 business days

    • Remote & WA/NT regional: 5–12 business days

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or peak periods (e.g., November–January).

🧑‍🎓 Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • Flipbooks & online resources are delivered digitally and available immediately after checkout (or after your free trial starts).

  • Look out for your account activation or access email. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

🎁 Split Shipments

If your order includes both physical books and digital resources (or pre-order items), we may ship items separately so you can start reading sooner. You’ll receive separate tracking emails where applicable at no extra cost.

🧾 Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked pre-order or backorder, we’ll display the estimated dispatch date on the product page.

  • We’ll ship your order as soon as stock arrives.

  • If there are any changes to the timeline, we’ll email you with an update and options.

🏡 Authority to Leave (ATL)

At checkout, you may be able to select “Authority to Leave”. If chosen, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location without a signature.

  • Once delivered to your address, risk passes to you.

  • If you prefer a signature on delivery, uncheck ATL at checkout (where available).

🚫 Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or delivery refusal, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.

  • Redelivery fee: A new shipping charge may apply.

  • If you prefer a refund, we’ll refund the item cost (excluding original shipping) once the parcel is safely returned to us, provided items are unused and in resalable condition.

🌱 Packaging

We use protective, recyclable materials wherever possible to keep your books safe in transit and reduce waste.

📍Order Address Tips

  • Please double-check your street number, unit/apartment, and postcode before paying.

  • Use a safe delivery address (workplace, PO Box, or Parcel Locker) if no one is home during the day.

❓FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a quote with your delivery address and order details.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it.

My tracking hasn’t moved—what should I do?

Carrier scans can be delayed. If there’s no update after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up.

My parcel arrived damaged.

We’re sorry! Please email photos of the packaging and item within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
